We're using GoFundMe to collect founding member contributions while we set up our long-term infrastructure. Your commitment is secure and compliant.
We encourage you to contribute as much as you can. Time is of the essence to make sure we tell these important stories in time to make an impact in 2026 and every dollar gets us closer to that goal.
Note that the GoFundMe tip function does not cover our costs and is purely to help them run their platform. If you would like to help us cover our costs, please add 3% to the amount you planned to give.
Please make your contribution using the link to GoFundMe below. Please also email info@theprosperitycoalition.org or your contact on our team directly once you do so to make sure we keep you in the loop and get your input as we grow. This isn't like a campaign donation, we won't email you a million times and we will not share your contact information!

What You'll Support
We're building from the bottom up. 1,000 founding members will kickstart the tales of brewers, builders, hoteliers, farmers and others.
Your contribution builds a permanent, people-powered voice for prosperity—research, storytelling, and outreach that keeps trade relationships strong and predictable.
How Members Engage:
- Voice in Direction: Help shape what this coalition does and how we do it.
- Regular Updates: First to know about campaigns, stories, and impact.
- Recognition: Optional listing on our public founding members roll.
- Network: Connect with 999 other people committed to cross-border prosperity.
- Impact: Be part of the movement that shows prosperity isn't zero-sum.
Where Your Contribution Goes
Your founding member contribution helps us:
- Stand up the organization (legal, banking, systems)
- Build the infrastructure for storytelling and mobilization
- Launch our first content pilot to test what works
- Create the foundation for sustained grassroots action
Common Questions
Is this tax-deductible?
We are establishing the Prosperity Coalition as a nonprofit social welfare organization (501(c)4 U.S. federal tax status), which means contributions aren't deductible.
Who can join?
Anyone who believes in cross-border prosperity. We welcome founding members from the US, Canada, and beyond. You don't need to be a policy expert—just someone who cares about this issue.
What if $100 is not the right amount for me right now?
In our initial phase where every moment counts and every dollar gets us closer to our goal, we are asking for contributions of $100 or more. We'll have other ways to participate as soon as our infrastructure is in place. Sign up for email updates to stay in the loop.
How is this different from other advocacy groups?
Most advocacy involves a fancy dinner in hopes of solliciting a favor. That won't work here, and our message is so strong we don't need it to.
The Prosperity Coalition plans to marshall attention to the importance of trade in peoples' lives, collect the receipts, and use those receipts to make the popularity of our position hard to deny. By summer 2026, we hope to show political leaders videos of real stories from real people with millions of views and shares. And we're non-partisan—this isn't about politics, it's about prosperity.
What happens after 1,000 members?
As soon as we have the resources to create and promote content via the web, social media, and supporting live events, we'll launch our content pilot and begin mobilizing for specific campaigns. Founding members will help shape what comes next.
How do you plan to spend this money?
Initial funds will go to set up a high quality digital infrastructure for collecting and promoting stories of the importance of trade and investment (e.g. web site, CRM, CMS, data organization and presentation), pay legal fees to make sure our entity is set up for maximum effectiveness, and enable the project to grow. As soon as those are covered we will record stories which we will prepare in various formats and advance through earned and paid promotion on social and other media. We will also employ the gamified polling platform Goodbit to validate targeting and impact.
We hope to ultimately raise and spend about $10 million. The vast majority of this expenditure is anticipated to be for producing and promoting stories.
